Waylan Bennett

Robert Waylan Bennett, 45, of Stephenville, died Thursday, March 21, 2013 in Fort Worth. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 23rd, at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at East Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Waylan was born on October 8, 1967 in Stephenville to Gayland and Carolyn Carr Bennett. He has worked at Fibergrate since 1988, and was a lifelong resident of Stephenville. Survivors include his daughters, Brooke Bennett of Austin and Robbi Bennett of Brownwood; mother, Carolyn Bennett of Stephenville; sister, Stacy Vick of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina; and his grandmother, Evelyn Carr of Stephenville. Waylan was preceded in death by his father, Gayland Bennett; and by two uncles.
