Wanda L. Wilkins, 75, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, peacefully passed away on Sunday May 21, 2023.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 10, at 2 pm at Stephenville Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at County Oaks Cemetery in Hico, Texas.

Wanda was born on September 4, 1947, Elmer and Pauline Garber. Wanda married Charles A. Wilkins on June 5, 1970 in Valley Station, Kentucky.  Wanda was an outstanding wife, mother and mamaw. She loved to garden, swim, bake and entertain for the holidays. She is survived by her children Gilbert Martin, of, Auburn, Indiana, Tracy Otero and her husband Milton, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Michael Wilkins and his wife Misty of Ft. Worth, Texas and Robin Wilkins of Fort Wayne, Indiana;  along with 13 grandchildren, Danny, Austin, Carrissa, Jessica, Brittney, Cevin, Grace, Nicholas, Nathan, Mckenna, Preston, Trenton and Caitlin.  She was also blessed with several great grandchildren.  She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles; and her two daughters, Kelly Bell and Donna Ward.
