Wanda Weible, 90, of Stephenville went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 23, 2019, in Stephenville

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, December 30th at St. Brendan's Catholic Church with Father Matthew Sanka officiating. Burial will follow at Erath Gardens of Memory. Visitation will be 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Rosary services for Wanda will begin at 6:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.

Wanda was born on January 5, 1929 in Coffeyville, Kansas, to the late Steve and Leona Oskison Hanes. She married Louis Weible on August 10, 1948 in Coffeyville, Kansas. Louis preceded her in death on June 9, 2018, a loving marriage of nearly 70 years. From this union was born two sons and a daughter. Wanda and Louis raised their family in Kansas until they moved to Killeen, Texas in 1970, and later moved to Stephenville in 1973. Wanda and Louis owned an operated a family restaurant for many years. She was an active member of St. Brendan's Catholic Church for over 45 years. Wanda was a wonderful cook, and a loving grandmother.

Survivors include son, Gregory and wife Linda Weible, and their children, Josh Weible and Kerry Weible; son, Clifford and wife Sheran Weible, and their children, daughter, Wendy and husband Jerry Bye, and great grandchildren, Michael and Bryce; daughter, Stacy and husband Nick Torres, and great grandchildren, Pierce and Jace; son, Heath Allen and great grandchild, Cadian; Wanda's daughter, Linda and husband Steve Peacock, and their children, daughter, Stephanie and husband Michael Beach; great grandchildren, Grant and Regan; and son, Bryan Peacock; sisters, Maralee Hastings of Wichita, Kansas, and Shirley Conklin of Topeka, Kansas; sister-in-law, Barbara Hanes of Granbury; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, and husband, Louis; Wanda was also preceded in death by a sister, Janice Curtis; and a brother, Don Hanes.

The Weible family wish expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
