Tyler Wayne Pryor, 80, of Fort Worth, passed away Tuesday December 4, 2007 in Crowley. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at the Morgan Mill Cemetery with Masonic Rites. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until 10:30 am Saturday before the service. Stephenville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Wayne was born on December 6, 1926 in Dublin, Texas to the late Albert and Viola Pryor. He married Medenia Cantrell on June 28, 1947 in Stephenville. Wayne received an Honorable discharge from the U.S. Army serving in the 6868th Stars and Stripes Military Unit. He was a Master Mason for Harmony Lodge #592 of Morgan Mill, Texas for 60 years. Wayne retired from General Dynamics in 1990, and was a charter member of the Western Hills Baptist Church. He has resided in Fort Worth for the past 55 years. Wayne is survived by his wife Medenia Pryor of Fort Worth; sons, Wesley Wayne Pryor and wife Diane of Ft. Worth, Luther Lynn Pryor and wife Maggie of Crowley, and Bobby Ben Pryor of Fort Worth; daughter, Jimmie Jerene Hernandez and husband Danny of Ft. Worth; grandchildren, Durenda Dee Mathis, Jeremy Pryor, Laura Lane, David Hernandez, Sara Pryor, Joe Hernandez, Chandra Pryor, Tony Pryor, Tessa Pryor; eight great-grandchildren; and sister, Leta Compton Patillo and husband Ken. He was preceded in death by his parents, Viola and Albert Pryor.
