T. H. Anderson

T. H. Anderson, 91, of Stephenville, died Thursday, April 15, 2021, in Stephenville.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, April 20th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Weldon Branham officiating.  Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.  Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday at Stephenville Funeral Home.

T. H. was born on July 18, 1929, in Bluff Dale to the late Harvey N. and Lois Odessa Gossett Anderson.  He married Margaret Reece on June 3, 1948 in Portales, New Mexico.  Margaret preceded him in death on August 1, 2014, a marriage of 65 years.  T. H. served his country in the U. S. Army from 1946 until 1949.  A 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, T. H. also served as Past Master of Stephenville Masonic Lodge #267.  T. H. was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  He was a member of Harvey Baptist Church, and for over 40 years T. H. was in the auto repair industry for General Motors products.

T. H. is survived by his daughters, Linda and husband Jim Bundock, Darline Powers, and Kathy and husband Charlie Wilson; brother, Jimmy and wife Shirley Anderson; grandchildren, Kevin and wife Trish Bundock, Bethany and husband Adam Kellner, Dwaine Powers, Jared and wife Stacy Powers, Todd and wife Pam Ward, and Nathan Scott Ward; nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, and his wife, Margaret; T. H. was also preceded in death by two sons-in-law, David Ward and Cheryl Powers.

The Anderson family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, or American Cancer Society.
