Steve Nichols

Steve Nichols, 62, of Stephenville, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 in Stephenville. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Stephenville. The family will receive visitors from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Steve was born on September 18, 1949 in Cleveland, Mississippi to the late Joe T. and Mary Inez Robison Nichols. He married Sheri Phillips on November 18, 1976 in Stephenville and they have resided in Stephenville since 1983. Steve was a loving, husband, and father, and was very kind and giving. He was retired as a former owner and operator of HVAC and Appliance Repair. Steve attended the Agape Way Church in Stephenville. Survivors include his wife Sheri Nichols of Stephenville; sister, Linda Hallmark of Stephenville; brother, Joe Nichols of Hiram, GA; aunt, Loui Mae Stewart of Jackson, Miss; children, Richard Nichols, Kimberly Nichols, Norma Jean Nichols, Harold Nichols, Frank Nichols; grandchildren, Ashley, Shawn, Brandie, Brilee, Autumn, Terryn, Jae Brooks, Kenneth, Corey, and Dallas; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Abby, Alijah, and Abdullah. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Nichols; and by brothers, Charlie Nichols, Johnny Nichols, and Ronny Nichols.
