Shirley Ann Lowe

Shirley Ann Lowe, 74, of Stephenville, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 in Stephenville. Funeral Services will be held at 10 am, Wednesday at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Dale Cartwright and Steve Hogard officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Dale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Stephenville Funeral Home. Shirley was born on February 4, 1935 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late J.D. and Juanita Andrews Gower. She married Harold Lowe on March 15, 1958 in Tulsa. Shirley has resided in Stephenville since 1988 after previously living in Tulsa. She was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church. Shirley is survived by her husband Harold Lowe of Stephenville; daughters, Debra Hess of Tulsa, OK, and Kathey Grodi of Branson, MO; son, Jim Lowe of Sapulpa, OK; sister, Pat Swain; brothers, Jack, Jim Larry, and Raymond Gower; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church or Foster's Home for Children.
