Sharla Jill Chapman

Sharla Chapman, 55, of Stephenville, died Tuesday, May 27, 2014 in Stephenville. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Cornerstone Assembly of God Church with Pastor Ed Dittfurth officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Stephenville Funeral Home. Sharla was born on August 9, 1958 in Dallas to Ben Hammock and Elaine Todd. She married Wade Chapman on August 13, 1977 in DeSoto. Sharla resided in Stephenville for eight years, moving here from Laguna Park. Sue worked as Director of Business Operations for Lewis Stafford Company for over 20 years. Sharla is survived by her husband, Wade Chapman of Stephenville; son, Justin Chapman and wife Sarah of Carrolton; daughter, Jill Smith and husband Adam of Fort Worth; parents, Elaine Todd; Ben Hammock and wife Debbie; in-laws, Royce Chapman and wife Barbara; brother, Ben Hammock and wife Nicole, and nephew Alton Hammock.
