Sandra Kay Holley, 75, passed away on May 4, 2021 in Stephenville, Texas. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Pampa.
Sandra Kay Holley was born on October 3, 1945 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma to the late Homer Joe Irons and Bertha Lee Richards Irons. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from West Texas A&M and worked for the State of Texas for over twenty years. She was married to James Weldon Holley on August 14, 1964 in Fritch, Texas. Sandra had numerous jobs. She worked as an accountant for Bill Arthur; Worked for Duncan insurance; worked for Culligan Water; Sandra moved on to Heaton Cattle Company where she worked for ten years. While she worked, she attended college, and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from West Texas A&M and worked for the State of Texas for over 20 years. Her most loved job was A.P.S. she loved helping the elderly in any way she could. In Sandra’s spare time she loved to sew; read; shop on qvc; watch “Blue Blood’s and “In the Kitchen with David.” She loved her fur babies; husband; friends; children; grandchildren; and great grandchildren dearly.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Weldon of Stephenville; daughter, Barbara Jo Crispin of Stephenville; son, James Lee Holley and wife Jessica of Amarillo; grandchildren, Candice Gartman, Joseph Gross and wife Chasity, Ashley Stone and husband Austin, Tyler Holley and wife Kaysha, and Dak Patton and wife Katrin; and great-grandchildren, Jade, Zoey, Bailey, Zephyr, Bella, Anzel, Ava, Addie, Ava, Carter, KJ, Zailee, and Embyr.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Bertha Irons, and her brother, Homer Joe (Joey) Irons, Jr.
