Sandra Dee Bailey

Sandra Dee Bailey, 82, lifelong resident of Erath County, passed away on March 07, 2020 in Stephenville.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Exray Cemetery in Erath County. Visitation will be held at Stephenville Funeral Home Monday, from 6-8pm.
Sandra was born in Hannibal, Texas on April 27, 1937 to the late Vance and Mildred Fulfer Moring. She was thoroughly involved with her church, serving as the WMU director, teaching Sunday School and was also a clerk for Selden Baptist Church. She enjoyed the pleasure of going abroad on various mission trips to places such as Ukraine to continue serving her Church. Sandra was a member of Eastern Star. She worked for S for thirty years, and for the U.S. Postal Service.
Survivors include her son, Quinton Darrell Bailey; daughter, Lisa Denise Hooks; sister, Peggy Hartsfield and husband Laguin; brother, Ronald Vance Moring and wife Carol; half-sister, Sue Adams and L.E. "Shorty"; grandchildren, Kiah Noel Bailey,and Devin Hooks.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Moring and father, Vance Moring, as well as her brother, Sherwin Moring, and son-in-law, David Hooks.
Memorials may be made to the Selden Baptist Church or to the Eastern Star.
