Sally Buck

Sally Buck, 84, of Stephenville, died Sunday, July 22, 2012 in Stephenville Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 24th at West End Cemetery. Under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home Sally was born on May 29, 1928 in Tarrant County to the late Prentice E. and Celesta Castleberry Standridge. She married Jim Buck on March 26, 1953 in Stephenville. He preceded her in death June 27, 1983. Sally was a member of First Baptist Church, and was a lifelong resident of Stephenville. She was very patriotic to her country. Survivors include her son, Jim and wife Deborah Buck of Stephenville; daughters, Stephene Pittman of Snyder, Michael Ann Blackwood of Liberal, Kansas, and Diann and husband Bill Robinson of Stephenville; ten grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, and two sisters. Family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the DementiaCare Foundation, or to the American Cancer Society.
