Rudene Laverne Wallace, 91, of Arlington, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, December 12, 2019 in Mansfield.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 16th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Kory Koch officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Stephenville Funeral Home.
Rudene was born on November 9, 1928 in Bluff Dale to the late Everett and Lucy Howard Gage. She married James Loyce Wallace on November 24, 1945 in Stephenville. James preceded her in death on July 19, 2016. Rudene grew up in Stephenville, and has lived most of her life in Arlington. She was a member of the University Baptist Church of Arlington. Rudene loved to cook, and spend lots of time with her family. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons, Bill and wife Christine Wallace of Grand Prairie, and John and wife Kelly Wallace of Round Rock; grandchildren, Heather and husband Sergio Marrufo, Christopher Wallace, Brittany Wallace, Robert and wife Anna Wallace, and Angel Wallace; great grandchildren, Wade and Wesley Wallace; brother-in-law, D. E. ‘Dink' Wallace of Stephenville; and nephew, Leland Wallace of Stephenville.
