Rosa Nell Edwards, 92, of Blue Mound, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 in Fort Worth.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, January 11, 2021 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Williams officiating.  The family will gather at 10:30 am Monday before the service at Stephenville Funeral Home.

Rosa was born on December 15, 1928 in Stephenville to the late Earl and Jewell Garrett. She married the love of her life, Buford Edwards on September 4, 1954 in Stephenville and he preceded her in death on Sept 13, 2020 after 66 years of marriage. She was a graduate of Stephenville High School and has resided in the Fort Worth area for many years. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, Bruce Edwards of Fort Worth; sister, Earlene McInroe of Fort Worth; grandson, Omar Orpinel of Fort Worth; granddaughter, Paola Lopez of Fort Worth; daughter-in-law, Margarita Edwards of Fort Worth; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Jewell Garrett; sons, Charles Edwards, and David Edwards.
