Ronald R Mayfield

Ronnie Mayfield was a loving Husband, Uncle, Poppy and Friend.  He left this world on October 19, 2022 at the age of 77.

He was born to Thea and Pearl (Cavitt) Mayfield on September 18, 1945 in Duffau, TX.  He married his true soulmate, Charlotte Loyd, on February 22, 1969.  Ronnie worked as a Supervisor at Rayloc in Stephenville, TX for 40 years where he retired in Oct. 2008.

Ronald is proceeded in death by his wife, Charlotte; his parents, Thea and Pearl Mayfield; two sisters Ruby Wilmoth and Patsy Arthur; and three brothers J.C., Cleatus and Troy Mayfield.

Ronald is survived by his nieces Wendy Reinke and husband Greg of Mansfield, TX, Jill Owens and Jake of Hico, TX, Cheryl Arthur of Lake Whitney, TX, Teresa Stroup and husband David of Texarkana, Paula Arthur of Dodd City, TX  and Patricia McBean of Dodd City, TX. His beloved “grandbabies” Sarah, Megan and William Reinke of Mansfield, TX; and many other beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Ronnie will be 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM Saturday, October 22nd at Stephenville Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday at Clairette Cemetery in Clairette..
