Rode White

Rode White April 15, 1958 - January 17, 2018 Robert Rode White, 59, of Stephenville, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018, in Fort Worth. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Cowboy Church of Erath County with Werth Mayes officiating. Visitation will be before and after services. Rode was born on April 15, 1958, in Abilene to Stanley and Margaret White. He graduated from Stephenville High School in 1976, and was a lifelong resident of Erath County. Rode was a member of the Bluff Dale Baptist Church, and was a machinist for many years. Rode enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved his grandkids immensely. Rode is survived by his daughter, Crystal White of Dallas; sons, Casey White of Bluff Dale and Matt White of Bluff Dale; grandchildren, Sawyer and Madalyn White; mother and stepfather, Margaret and Bo Rice of Stephenville; sister, Leslie and husband Larry Woolley of Grandview; brother, Brant and wife Terri White of Stephenville; nephews and nieces, Landi, Loni, Jeck, and Taylor. Rode was preceded in death by his father, Stanley White. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to the charity of your choice.
