Penny K. Harper passed away April 23, 2022, at her beloved Ruidoso, New Mexico vacation home.

Penny Loved working with people as a Dallas fashion model, a tanning salon owner, a disc jockey and as the lead actress on the Granbury Rose paddle wheel boat “Murder Mystery Play.” She and Buddy created “Truly Texas Productions,” a western reenactment group entertaining throughout Texas and New Mexico. She loved her church. Triple Cross Cowboy Church and the Harpers organized several inaugural events on behalf of the church. Penny had an effervescent smile and loved talking to people— “the cowgirl with the west Texas accent.”
