Pauline (Cummings) Nelson

Pauline Nelson July 3, 1932 - December 13, 2017 Pauline Nelson, 85, of Bluff Dale, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017 in Glen Rose. Pauline was born on July 3, 1932 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Joe T. and Dorthy Pearson Cummings. She married the love of her life, Kenneth G. Nelson on October 22, 1971 in Glen Rose and he preceded her in death on December 19, 2006. Pauline was an R.N. for many years until her retirement. Survivors include, daughter-in-law, Sharon Makara; sister, Dolly Valdez; son, Rusty Nelson; daughter, Paula MaKara; sister-in-law, Jan Pettijohn; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Dorthy Cummings; and a son, Arnold Makara.
