Paul Wayne Jackson, 79, passed away January 27, 2019 in Stephenville.

A funeral service will be Friday, Feb 1, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church in Stephenville. Family is invited to church at 12:00 p.m. noon for lunch. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. before services and burial will be at Chalk Mountain Cemetery.

Paul was born August 2, 1939 to the late J.C. and Mildred Boatwight Jackson. He married Sylvia Logan on August 23, 1957 and together they raised three children.

Paul is survived by his wife, Sylvia Logan of Stephenville; children, Kellie Newton and husband Alan of Laguna Park, Reba Sperry and husband Tommy of Dublin, Paul Jackson, Jr. and wife Leah of Dayton; grandchildren, Christopher Newton and wife Jennifer of Houston, Kristina Belcher and husband Isaac of Stephenville, Brittany Meddley of Jacksonville, Florida, Sam Bryant of Laguna Park, Catherine Jackson of Beaumont; great grandchildren, Madison, Emily, Bradley and Casey Newton, Abbey and Brynn Scheller, Shaelyn Belcher, Cameron Anderson; brothers, Phillip Jackson and wife Glenda of Stephenville, Jimmy Jackson and wife Teresa of Dublin; sister, Dolores Trice and husband Rickey of Wichita, Kansas, and Janet Kennedy and husband Bobby of Crowley.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister, and three grandchildren, Errin Holt, Dana Bryant, and Kraig Bryant.
