Patsy Ruth Kirk April 16, 1938 ~ March 22, 2016 Patsy Ruth Kirk, 77, of Stephenville, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in Stephenville. A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, March 25, 2016 at First United Methodist Church in Stephenville, with Howard Martin officiating. Burial will following at Acton Cemetery in Acton. Patsy was born on April 16, 1938 in Arlington, Texas, to the late Boots Everett and Opal Helen Kennon Perry. She married Nickie Kirk on July 23, 1988 in Stephenville. Patsy was a homemaker and a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church. Patsy lived in Stephenville for the past 40 years. Survivors include her husband, Nickie Kirk; children, Cindy Woolley of Stephenville, and Charles Moore of Stephenville; grandchildren, Cary Heaton of Redwood City, CA, Toni Jowers of Stephenville, and Randy Woolley of Chicago, IL; great-grandchildren, Alexis Gonzales and Anthony Gonzales; and a sister, Joy husband James Hamilton of Mesquite. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara McCauley; son, Joey Moore; and nephew, Jerry Hamilton. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Stephenville.
