Patricia Ann (Adicks) Darby

Patricia Ann Darby, 89, of Stephenville, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2023.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, February 3, 2023 at the Erath Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday at the Stephenville Funeral Home.

Patricia was born on July 8, 1933 in Columbia, SC to the late George Adicks and Thelma Fulmer. She married John C. Darby, Jr. on June 10, 1951 in Columbia, SC and he preceded her in death on December 2, 2008. Patricia was a homemaker raising four children and loved her pets.

Survivors include her children, Brenda Eldridge of Yreka, California, Lynn Hulse of Stephenville, Lisa West of Stephenville, and John C. Darby, III and wife Sandy of Stephenville; grandchildren, Athena Smith, Heather Brown, Chip Gowan, Patricia Owen, Darby Hernandez and husband Oscar (OJ), Amanda Mull-Pack and husband Wade, Lauren Darby, and Sarah Darby; great-grandson, Hayden Hernandez, and Jaxon Hernandez

She was preceded in death by her parents, George Adicks and Thelma Motley; and sons-in-law, Ed Hulse, and Johnny West
