Pastora Morales

Pastora Morales, 61, of Stephenville, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014, in Fort Worth Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 20, 2014 at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at East Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Pastora was born on November 12, 1952 in Cuba to Caridad Olivera and Juan Cobas. On February 12, 1992 she was united in marriage to Julio Morales. Pastora was a homemaker who fostered 35 children. She was a Sunday school teacher for 15 years for the Assembly of God Church. Pastora was a caring woman who donated and helped others. Pastora was most proud of her faithful donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Julio; mother, Caridad Olivera of Stephenville; children, Julio Morales, Jr., Damaris Morales of Austin, Aramis, Maria, Emilin, Julyssa, Christian, and Abel Morales from Stephenville; grandchildren, Ester Morales, Isabella Morales, Isaac Morales, Noah Morales, Donnell Murphy, and one grandchild on the way (Joshua Morales); brothers, Carmelo Cobas, Sr. of Stephenville, and Domingo Cobas of Miami, Florida
