Ora Letha Densmore

Ora Letha Densmore, 94, of Stephenville, died Monday, July 21, 2014 in Keene, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, July 28, 2014 at Morgan Mill Cemetery with Kenneth Cantrell officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephenville Funeral Home. Letha was born on December 20, 1919 in Morgan Mill, Texas to the late Pink and Belva Davis Cantrell. She married Roy Densmore on July 22, 1939 in Stephenville; he preceded her in death on May 5, 1978. Letha was a homemaker and seamstress, a lifelong resident of Erath County, and a member of the First Baptist Church in Stephenville. Letha is survived by her daughter, Glenda Harrel and husband Eddy; son, Jimmy Densmore and wife Annette; grandchildren, Lisa Harrel Castille and husband Bryan, David Densmore and wife Brandlyn, Scotty Densmore and wife Jennifer; great-granddaughter, Maggie Densmore; sister, Christene Parks; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Letha was preceded in death by six brothers and a sister; Lee Cantrell, Odis Cantrell, Joe Cantrell, Earl Cantrell, U.D. ‘Red' Cantrell, Hoyte Cantrell, and Ruth Larner. The family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to Morgan Mill Baptist Church, First Baptist Church of Stephenville, American Cancer Society, or American Diabetes Association.
