Opal Pair

Opal Pair, 93, of Stephenville, died Friday, March 18, 2011 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Monday at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend David Blagg officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Stephenville. Visitation will be held on Sunday, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Opal was born on December 8, 1917 in Lingleville to the late Frank and Cecil Britton Roulston. She married William Doyle Pair on April 18, 1936. He preceded her in death on March 12, 2004. Opal was Baptist and has lived in Erath County all of her life. She was a homemaker and also worked for Wolfe Nursery for several years. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Pair and wife Beverly of San Antonio and Douglas Pair of Stephenville; grandchildren, Keith and Becky Pair of Wylie; Kirby and Mary Pair of Stephenville and Karla Moeller of San Antonio; brother, Fred Roulston of Houston; sister, Peggy Lee of Fort Worth; eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren..
