Ollene Teague

Ollene Teague, 96, of Stephenville, died Friday, December 18, 2009, in Stephenville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Brad Fry officiating. Burial will follow at East Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Ollene was born October 29, 1913, in Chattanooga, Oklahoma to the late Roy E. and Ruby Thornton Hagler. She married M. E. ‘Boots' Teague, February 14, 1932 in Marietta, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death October 6, 1969. Ollene was a member of the Graham Street Church of Christ, and had been attending the Tolar Church of Christ for the past year. She has lived in Stephenville since 1930. Ollene was a bookkeeper. She is survived by two daughters, Jo Ann T. Bennett of Houston and Norma Sue and husband Jim Coleman of Tolar; four grandchildren, Vicky Gilbert, Debbie Dugger, Carmyn Thom, and Camyle Spence; seven great grandchildren; brother, James H. Hagler of Greers Ferry, Arkansas; special friends, Maggie Osborne and Betty and Kenneth Lesley; and several nieces and nephews.
