Nora Frances Wood Eoff

Ruidoso, New Mexico Nora Frances Wood Eoff, 89, or Ruidoso, NM, formerly of Stephenville, died Wednesday, June 11, 2008 in Ruidoso. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, June 16, at Lingleville West End Cemetery in Lingleville, with Rev. Steve Holston officiating. Visitation will be held at 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Sunday afternoon at Stephenville Funeral Home Frances was born January 28, 1919, in Erath County to the late John and Lela Gaither Wood. She married R. C. Eoff, August 13, 1946 in Fort Stockton. He preceded her in death August 9, 1997. She and her husband owned and operated Snyder Nursery in Snyder, TX from 1964 to 1980. Nora Frances was a member of the Oak Dale Methodist Church in Stephenville. She lived several years in Erath County. Survivors include her daughter, Wynell W. Dobbs of Ruidoso, NM; four grandchildren, Shamara Metts, Shannan Gabaldon, Shawna Bradley and husband Ken, and ShaLene Dobbs; five great grandchildren, Teeatta Lippert and husband Nathan, Shaubrey Metts, Shale Layher, Shauntal Bradley, and Saiben Gabaldon; several nieces, nephew, and cousins
