Nelda Billingsley

Nelda Fallin Billingsley, 81, of Abilene, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Abilene. Graveside Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at the Duffau Cemetery in Erath County with Brent Isbell officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Nelda was born on March 22, 1930 in Duffau, Texas to the late Paul and Lettye Ripley Fallin. She married William Billingsley in Fort Worth in 1956 and he preceded her in death in 1991. Nelda was a 1946 graduate of Hico High School and graduated with honors in 1950 from TCU. She was a teacher at Westbury Christian School in Houston. Nelda has resided for the past two years in Abilene after previously living in Houston. She was a member of the University Church of Christ. Nelda is survived by daughter, Laura Rozzlle and husband Jerry of Blackwell; son, Paul Billingsley and wife Debbie of Florida; sister, June Fallin of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Courtney Lomonaco and husband Jason, Scott Kellett, Steven Kellett and wife Brooke, Catherine, William, and Elizabeth Rozzlle, Sean Elliston wife Samantha, William Billingsley and wife Mollie; great-grandchildren, Grace, Austin, and Jack Lomonaco, and Arreaux Kellett.
