Neal L. Haynes, 81, of Midlothian, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013 in Tyler. Graveside service will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at Lingleville East End Cemetery, Lingleville, TX. Visitation with the family will be from 10 AM to Noon on Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Neal was born on February 28, 1932 to the late John David Haynes and Willie Mae Fanning in Lingleville, TX. He married Una Christine Willet Haynes on December 30, 1970 in Durant, Oklahoma. Neal was retired and had worked as President and Business Manager of the International Union of Operating Local #714 in Dallas, TX. He served in the U.S. Navy and had lived in the Midlothian community for 34 years. Neal is survived by his wife, Una; son, Billy Neal Haynes of La Grange, TX; daughter, Cheryl Ann Haynes of Atlanta, GA; 3 sisters, Barbara Blocker of Chico, TX, Marjorie Philips of Lingleville, TX, Shirley Laster of Weatherford, TX; step son, Michael Claunch of Irving, TX; step daughter, Sandee Claunch Hanna of Maypearl, TX; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
