Michael David Shelby, 66, of Stephenville, died Thursday, August 8, 2019 in Stephenville.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, August 12th at West End Cemetery in Stephenville. Visitation with the Shelby family will begin at 10:00 AM Monday morning, one hour prior to services, at Stephenville Funeral Home.
Mike was born on October 11, 1952 to the late Travis Shelby and Joyce Fayne Spears Shelby. He was a member of Stephenville Masonic Lodge #267, and a lifelong resident of Stephenville. Mike worked several years as a deputy with the Erath County Sheriff's department.
Mike is survived by his mother, Joyce Shelby of Stephenville; brother, Richard and wife April Shelby of Stephenville; nephews, Chase and wife Jaci Shelby, and their daughter, Ava of Granbury, and Chris and wife Becky Vann of Leander.
