Michael Roy Edington, 52, of Stephenville died, Friday, January 15, 2021, in Allen, Texas.

Visitation with the Edington will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, January 22nd at Stephenville Funeral Home.  Burial of Michael’s cremains will take place at a later date.

Michael was born on July 3, 1968 in Mannheim, Germany to Kenneth R. Edington and Wanda C. Wesson Watson.  He graduated from Hephzibah High School in Georgia, and recently graduated from Tarleton State University.  Michael served in the U. S. Army.

Michael is survived by his mother, Wanda Watson of Stephenville; daughter, Chey Smith of Rockwall; brother, Terry Edington of Bonham; and several aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins; and friends he considered family.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth; brothers, Donald, Joseph, and James, Sr.
