Mary Sue Wofford

Mary Sue Wofford went to be the Lord on Friday, November 18, 2011. She was interred next to her husband, Louis; and grandson, Stewart Jason Wofford at 1:00 PM Saturday at Huckabay Cemetery. A memorial service for Sue will be set at a later date for her family and friends. Sue is survived by her children, Katherine Wofford Wenmohs, Molly Gibson and husband Larry, R. Nat & Shirley Wofford, and Sarah Weldy and husband Brent; grandchildren Curt Garrison and wife Jennifer, Nora Robinson and husband Virgil, Cole Garrison, Chip Wenmohs and wife Katie, Natalie Young and husband Mike, Camille Marlow, Mary Katherine Tatum, and Ginny Ross Tatum Clark and husband Wayne; twelve great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law, Bill Hereford and wife Carolyn As she was in life, so was mother joyous in death. Her life was a party, full of fun, laughter, and love. We gathered by her bedside, prepared to grieve but mother, one last time, made it a party. Our hearts ache but we do not grieve. We all watched as God, who walked with her in life, took her hand and walked with her into eternity. In lieu of flowers, family request memorials be made to First Baptist Church Grace Place, Cross Timbers Pregnancy Care Center, or Foster's Home for Children.
