Mary Louise Johnson

Mary Louise Johnson, 79, of Stephenville, died Monday, January 12, 2015 in Stephenville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, January 15th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Gene Ruggles and Werth Mayes officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Mary was born on February 23, 1935 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late David and Margaret McGregor Anderson. She married Arthur Johnson, on August 20, 1954 in Fort Worth. Mary was an office manager, and a nursing home activities director in California for several years. She and Arthur lived several years in Los Angles, before moving to Stephenville in 2008. Mary was a member of Cowboy Church of Erath County. Survivors include her husband, Arthur; daughter, Tina Louise Capistrano of Santa Clarita, CA; sisters, Eileen of St. Clair, MO and Evelyn of Union, MO; brothers, David of Sullivan, MO and Donald of Rapid City, SD. Besides her parents, Mary was also preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Sue Johnson; two sisters, Margaret and Judy; and a brother, Melvin
