Marvin Hudson, Jr. Sept. 18, 1927-Feb. 9, 2016 Marvin Hudson, Jr., 88, died February 9, 2016 in Fort Worth. Graveside service will be held 3:00 PM on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 at West End Cemetery in Stephenville with Mike Hannah officiating. Visitation: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Saturday at the Funeral Home. Burial: West End Cemetery in Stephenville. Marvin was born on September 18, 1927 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He went to High School in Wichita Falls. He graduated from Texas Christian University in 1949, in Bachelor of Arts. Marvin lived in Tarrant County for 70 years and spent most of his life as a self employed business man. He started out singing with Tommy Dorsey Orchestra in 1940's and into the 1950's. In his past career, he built low income housings. He loved fishing and hunting. He was well liked by everyone that met him. He was a great father and is a big loss to all of us. No one can ever replace him. He is survived by his son, Brent Hudson of Arlington; grandson, Eric Hudson; granddaughter, Robin Hudson.
