Marie Rasberry Lowe`

Marie Rasberry Lowe, 76, of Huckabay, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2009 in Fort Worth. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Huckabay Cemetery in Huckabay. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Marie was born September 28, 1933 in Morgan Mill to the late Curtis and Leatice Reagan Rasberry. She married Waldo Lowe on January 29, 1954 in Stephenville. Marie has resided in Erath County all of her life and was a member of the Huckabay Church of Christ. She attended nursing school through Stephenville Hospital, and was a nurse at Stephenville Hospital for several years. Survivors include, husband, Waldo; son, Howard Lowe of Huckabay; daughter, Lajuan Lowe of Huckabay; sisters, Ruby Rasberry of Weatherford, and Vivian Christian of Stephenville; brother, Robert Rasberry of Morgan Mill; grandchildren, Chance Kelleher, Suede Kelleher, and Jeremy Lowe; great-grandchild, Chayden Kelleher; several nieces and nephews; and special family friend, Tyge Floyd. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Fay Melton.
