Louise Fellows

Louise Fellows, 88, of Stephenville, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2011 in Stephenville. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Dan Murray officiating. Interment will follow at the Oak Dale Cemetery in Erath County. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Louise was born on March 30, 1923 to the late Jess and Mary Lawson Hooks. She married James Hendrickson and he preceded her in death in 1963. She married Edward Fellows on May 1, 1964 in Stephenville and he preceded her in death on July 19, 1984. Louise retired as a custodian for Stephenville Schools where she loved being around the children. She was an excellent seamstress and loved to fish. Louise was a Baptist. She is survived by daughters, Jolene Phillips and husband James of Hobbs, NM, Sue Davidson and husband Lee of Abilene, and Ginger Jones and husband Tim of Stephenville; brother, Max Hooks of Stephenville; sister, Connie Read of Plano; grandchildren, Sandy, Rusty, Howard, and Jody Glanton, Bobbie Gayle Davis, Craig and Candi Davidson; great-grandchildren, Kristina, Kaliegh, Sean, Ciarra, Darci, Trevor, Hunter, and Greyson. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Betsy Shugart; and a brother, James Hooks.
