Lois Allene Moser

Lois Allene Moser, 89, of Stephenville, died Friday, August 15, 2014 in Stephenville Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, August 18th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Don Parker, Harry Brown, and Alan Nix officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Lois was born August 16, 1924 in Stephenville to the late Odie and Beulah Adelia Gage Hook. She married James Moser, August 31, 1944 in Stephenville. Lois was a member of the Graham Street Church of Christ, and a lifelong resident of Stephenville. She retired after 27 years as a cashier at Tarleton State University. Survivors include her husband, James; grandson, Chris Moser of Stephenville and Tanner Moser of Austin; daughter-in-law, Linda Moser of Stephenville; and sister, Loree Ford of Stephenville. Lois was preceded in death by her son, Mike on May 29, 2005; brother, Warren Hook, and a sister Marie Robinson.
