Liena Verburg Postma

Liena Verburg Postma, 72, of Stephenville, Texas, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2007 in Stephenville. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2007 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Stephenville Funeral Home. Graveside Serviceswill be held at a later date in Escalon, California. Liena was born on May 4, 1935 in Holland to the late Leandert and Ann Verburg. She has resided in Stephenville, Texas since 1983 after previously living in California. Liena retired from working on her Dairy and then worked for Walmart. She is survived by her son, Chris Postma of Stephenville; a grandson, Matthew Postma of Stephenville; 4 sisters, Rita Walters, Cora Plants, Mary Holdner, and Ann Birmingham; 3 brothers, Pete Verburg, Case Verburg, and Hank Verburg. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Verburg and Nick Verburg.
