Lena Oleta Patterson, 80, of Stephenville, formerly of Weatherford, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, in Stephenville.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, October 10th at Memory Gardens of the Valley in Parker County, with Glenn Boyd officiating. Services are under the direction of Stephenville Funeral Home.
Oleta was born on March 25, 1940 in Wichita Falls to the late Oral and Mamie Stewart Williams. She married Edward Thomas Patterson, Jr., on June 6, 1958 in Iowa Park. Tommy preceded her in death on July 4, 2002.
Oleta is survived by her son, Steve and wife Cheryl Patterson of Stephenville; daughters, Michelle Dow of Littleton, Colorado, and Rachelle and husband Paul Durham of Litchfield Park, Arizona; daughter-in-law, Linda Patterson of Cypress, Texas; grandchildren, Jack and wife Robin Daniel, Justin Patterson, Ashlye and husband Sean Kaerwer, Trey and wife Kathryn Patterson, Hailey and husband Bret Partin, Jordan Patterson, Kelsey Durham, Lynsey Patterson, Drew Patterson and Emma Starkebaum; great grandchildren, Paxton, Ellis, Aubrey, Avery and Wyatt; siblings, Glenn Williams, Dyan Tatum, Darlene Reed, Regina Mitchell and Bud Williams.
Besides her parents and husband, Tommy; Oleta was also preceded in death by her son, James Patterson; and sisters Onedia Robertson and Patsy Berry.
In lieu of flowers, Oleta would be honored for your donation made in her memory to Community Hospice of Fort Worth where she was employed for 30+ years.
