Laura Harriett (Toolen) Dameron

Laura Harriett Dameron, 93, of Bluff Dale, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in Stephenville.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 11, 2021 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Ware and Pastor Ed Dittfurth officiating. Interment will follow at the Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Bluff Dale. The family will receive visitors on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Laura was born on February 9, 1928 in El Paso, Texas to the late Charles F. Toolen and Lillian Hall Toolen. She grew up in Van Horn where she married Taylor Dameron on January 25, 1947. He preceded her in death on March 19, 2000. She has resided in Bluff Dale since 1983, working for Comanche Peak as a Quality Control Inspector.

She is survived by her sons, Clayton Allen Dameron and wife Debra of Bluff Dale, Charles Thomas Dameron and wife Louise of Pittsburgh, PA, and Ray Hampton Dameron and wife Marty of Colleyville; daughter, Laura Helen Chester and husband Mike of Tolar; daughter-in-law, Jane Dameron of Bluff Dale; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends.
