Larry Pat Griggs

Larry Pat Griggs, 58, of Stephenville, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2011 in Austin. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at East Memorial Cemetery in Stephenville. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Larry was born on March 25, 1952 in Denton to the late Lee and Dorothy Pack Griggs. He married Annette Lester on May 5, 2005 in Stephenville. Larry served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a Baptist. He was a heavy equipment operator. He is survived by his wife Annette Griggs of Stephenville; daughter Angela Rodrigues of Sacramento, CA.; step-daughter, Stephanie Griggs of Sacramento, CA.; sisters, Jo Conatser of Lingleville, and Bonita Loewe of Carmine, TX; brothers, Michael Griggs of Temple, and Leland Griggs of Mineral Wells; and five grandchildren.
