Lanelle Pyeatt Wolfe

LaNelle Pyeatt Wolfe, 82, of Granbury, former longtime resident of Stephenville, died Monday, January 21, 2013 in Granbury. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tom Reeder officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. LaNelle was born on October 7, 1930 in Dublin to the late Will Allen and Mamie Opal Peacock Pyeatt. She graduated from Stephenville High School in 1948, attended the University of Texas and Tarleton State. She was very active in the Girl Scouts of Texas for over 20 years, serving as Vice President of the Heart of Texas Council for two years, and as a scout leader for 12 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Granbury, lived in Stephenville most of her life, and resided in Granbury since 1977. LaNelle was a homemaker. She was previously married to Dan Wolfe for 38 years. Survivors include her son, Ross Wolfe of Granbury; daughters, Debbie Tidwell of Granbury, and Dana Hemphill of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Ron Hampton of Granbury, Dan Hampton of Keller, Lisa Hampton Warren of Keller, Ross Robert Dionisi of Aledo, and Amanda Romeo of Tyler; great grandchildren, Cole, Claire, Chloe, Callie, Cody, Aubrey, Ayden, Porter, Maddie, and Joey; and several nieces and nephews
