Kyle Daniel Taylor

Kyle Daniel Taylor, 41, of Tolar, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021, in Tolar.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 20th at Cowboy Church of Erath County with Werth Mayes officiating.  Burial will follow at Morgan Mill Cemetery.  Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, at Cowboy Church.  Services under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home.

Kyle was born on January 3, 1980, in Stephenville to Jerry and Barbara Cantrell Taylor.  He attended school in Stephenville, and graduated from Stephenville High School in 1998.  Kyle married the love of his life Chevon Michelle Sledge on May 5, 2007 in Stephenville.  He attended Cowboy Church of Erath County.  Kyle spent over twenty years as a paramedic in Hood, Erath, and Parker Counties.  He had many certifications and awards, and Kyle also owned and operated his own construction company, T4 Construction.

Kyle is survived by his wife, Chevon; daughter, Lexi Taylor; son, Dallan Taylor; parents, Jerry and Barbara Taylor of Stephenville; sister, Kristi and husband Shone Evans of Stephenville; brother, Craig and wife Phyllis Taylor of Tolar; grandmother, Joyce and husband Lewie Hughes of Stephenville; nieces, Mayci Johnston and husband Cody, Hillari Keesee and husband Karlton, and Tori Taylor; nephews, Lane Chambers and wife Brittany and Ty Taylor. Eight great nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and other special friends he called “brothers”.

Kyle was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Odell and Maxine Cantrell; paternal grandfather, Joe Edd Moon; and an uncle, Danny Cantrell
