Kirk Lindsey

Kirk Lindsey, 44, of Stephenville, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012 in Fort Worth. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Kirk was born on July 12, 1967 in Sonora, Texas to James Lindsey and Phyllis Millsap. He married Marsha Gail Longacre on June 16, 1990 in Stephenville and she preceded him in death on October 21, 2010. Kirk worked for Barnes & McCullough Lumber for the past 24 years. Survivors include daughter and son, Cassie Lindsey and Scooter Holland of Stephenville; mom, Phyllis Millsap of Lovington, NM; mother and father in-law, Carolyn and Doug Rainey of Stephenville; siblings, Debbie and Billy Sellers of Denver City, Linda Baldwin of Ozona, Carol and Russell Berryman of Hobbs, Charlie and Darla Murphy of Denver City, Scott and Ann Lindsey of Stephenville, and Sheila and Jack Reagan of Stephenville; many nieces and nephews including, Christal and Glen Powell, Melonie and Bubba Smith, Matt and Ashley Lindsey, Angie Murphy, Jennifer Richards, and Cindy Holt; and dear friend, Sherry Adcock of Stephenville. Kirk was preceded in death by his wife, Marsha Gail Lindsey; daughter, Hayley Lynn Lindsey; father, James Lindsey; and sisters, Kathy and Rhonda.
