Kenneth Ekdred Bishop

Kenneth Eldred Bishop, 80, of Dallas, died Saturday, September 19, 2009, in Dallas. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 24, 2009, at Erath Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home. Kenneth was born October 26, 1928 in Yorktown, Texas to the late Eldred and Lucille Annette Meacham Bishop. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from North Texas State University. Kenneth served in the U. S. Navy from 1946 until 1949. He retired from Fisbach and Moore as a cost estimator. Survivors include two sons, Michael L. Bishop of Fort Worth, and Kenneth C. Bishop of Dallas; two sisters, Dorothy Martin and Carol Ann Galloway both of New Braunfels; and a grandson, Lucas Adam Bishop of Fort Worth.
