Kathy Laverne (Little) Brannon

Kathy Laverne (Little) Brannon, 74, passed away on August 27, 2024, in Hamilton, Texas. She
was born on October 4, 1949, in Stephenville, Texas, to Wiley Tom and Bessie (Bunch) Little.
She lived most of her life in Stephenville and was a retired Apartment Manager.

She lived an adventurous life, riding in the Sturgis Bike Rally, cooking wild game for Ted Nugent
and sailing in the Caribbean on a catamaran but her passion was her family. She loved family
gatherings and always made sure everyone was welcome. She adored her grandchildren and
great-grandchildren and will always be known as Nana Kat.

Kathy is survived by her children, Butch Brannon and his wife, Micaele, Melinda Bussell and her
husband, Loyl, and John Brannon, her grandchildren, Eli Brannon and his wife, Audrey, Caela
Brannon, Jacob Bussell and his wife, Kayla, Sarah Jones and her husband, Levi, Kaleb
Brannon and Ashlynne Joseph , Kaycee Brannon and Anthony Lopez, and Luke Brannon,
great-grandchildren, Aurora Brannon, Elena Brannon, Aidan Bussell, and Erin Bussell, her
sister, Scooter Vest, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Kathy is preceded in death by both of her parents, and her sisters, Rosa Lee Holmes, Maggie
Hale VanWinkle, and Wanda Whitfield.

A service for Kathy will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Stephenville
Funeral Home, a visitation will be the hour prior to the service, starting at 10:00 A.M.
