June Talley

June Talley, 75, of Stephenville, died Wednesday, November 16, 2011 in Stephenville. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday at Lingleville West End Cemetery in Lingleville with Richmond Goolsby officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home. June was born April 23, 1936 in Lingleville to the late Hugh Thomas and Edna Odeal Robinson Sims. She was a member of the Harvey Baptist Church and worked several years at Appleton Electric. She was a lifelong resident of Erath County. Survivors include her daughter, Cindy and husband Steve Anderson of Clifton; grandson, Cooper Anderson of Clifton; brothers, Norman and wife Mozelle Sims of Seminole, Royce Sims of Stephenville, David Sims of Arlington, Arlis and wife Shirley Sims of Lingleville, and Don and wife Joyce Sims of Lingleville; aunt, Wanda Martin of Desdemona; 10 nieces, 3 nephews, several great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. June was also preceded in death by a brother, Brooks Sims.
