June Hanson Rampley

June Hanson Rampley, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2008 in a Fort Worth hospital. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at the Graham Street Church of Christ with Tim Mason officiating. Interment will follow at the West End Cemetery in Stephenville. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday at Stephenville Funeral Home. June was born October 16 in Comanche County to the late George and Willie Hanson. She attended De Leon schools and Nursing School in Temple, Texas. She was an assistant surgical nurse to Dr. J.C. Terrell, Sr. for 40 years and a member of Graham Street Church of Christ. She married Herbert Rampley in December of 1947 and shared 61 years together. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Rampley; sister Faye Moore and husband Robert; a host of nieces and nephews and family friends; and her beloved dog Bow. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Mary Lou Hanson, Marie Woodward, and Elizabeth Smith; two brothers, Gerald Hanson, and Jay Dean Hanson
