June Day

June Day, 82, of Stephenville passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013 in Stephenville. Graveside service will be held Thursday at 4:00 PM at West End Cemetery with Don Parker officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Stephenville Funeral Home. June was born April 24, 1931 in Stephenville. She married Ballard Day on September 8, 1951 in Stephenville. He preceded her in death on January 12, 1999. June was a Homemaker and a member of Graham Street Church of Christ and was a lifelong resident of Stephenville. June is survived by her son, Tommy of Stephenville; daughters, Karma Watson and Lila Beth Chaney, both of Stephenville; sister, Anna Ray of Stephenville; grandchildren, Amanda Watson Loomis, Joseph Meadows, Brannen Lee Day, Krista Lean Day; great grandchildren, Bruce Kayden Loomis and Lillian Charlotte Loomis. June was also preceded in death by her parents, J.E. and Era Collins. Day family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Graham Street Church of Christ.
