Earlene Mclnroe, aged 87, joined her beloved husband, Olen Hugh, in Heaven on Tuesday, 11 February 2025. She had been in a memory care facility in Fort Worth, Texas, since 2022. Earlene was born on Tuesday, 22 June 1937, in Stephenville, Texas. She graduated from Stephenville High School as salutatorian on Monday, 30 May 1955. Earlene married Olen Hugh Mclnroe on Saturday, 29 October 1955, in Stephenville, Texas. They were married for almost fifty years. They lived in Blue Mound, Texas, for the majority of their marriage. Earlene was an avid baker, gardener, and reader. She was a homemaker who worked diligently to care for her husband and children. She was a long-time member of Saginaw Park Baptist Church. Throughout the years, she worked in the nursery, sang in the choir, and taught Sunday School.

Earlene will be interred at Huckabay Cemetery in Huckabay, Texas.

Earlene has found eternal peace alongside her husband, Olen Hugh Mclnroe; son-in-law, David Daniel; parents, Earl and Jewell Garrett; father-in-law and mother-in-law, A.F. and Mattie Mae Mclnroe; sister and brother-in-law, Rosa Nell and Buford Edwards; brothers-in-law, Frank Mclnroe and Philip Mclnroe; sister-in-law, Joan Mcinroe; nephews, Charles Edwards, David Edwards, and Michael Mclnroe; nephew-in-law, Jose Montalvo; niece, Gina Elston.

Earlene is survived by her daughter, Lucretia Daniel; son, James Mclnroe; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Margie Mclnroe; grandchildren, Christopher Daniel, Mattie Mclnroe, and Beau Mclnroe; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Rose Ann and Gene Elston; nephew, Bruce Edwards; nephew and niece-in-law, Todd and Delinda Elston; niece, Teresa Montalvo; niece and nephew-in-law, Laura and Glen Bedgood; niece-in-law, Kim Mclnroe; numerous grand nephews and nieces as well as great grand nephews and nieces.
