Janice Dale McSwain October 14, 1929-February 22, 2017 Janice Dale McSwain, 87, of Stephenville, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, in Stephenville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, February 24th at the First Christian Church with Reverend Shannon Grubbs officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Services are under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home Janice was born on October 14, 1929 in Denver, Colorado to the late Glenn and Gladys Sutton. She married James L. McSwain on February 5, 1951 in Denver, Colorado. Janice was a member of the First Christian Church, and has lived the past 50 years in Stephenville; moving here from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was a small business owner dealing in antiques and collectibles. Janice is survived by her husband of 66 years, James Luther McSwain of Stephenville; sons, Marc Brian McSwain of Katy, and Matthew Scott McSwain of Andover, Massachusetts; grandchildren, Emily, Allison, and Sarah.
