James Alvin Reeves

James Reeves, 56 of Morgan Mill, passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 in Weatherford. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 15 at 2:00 PM at Stephenville Funeral Home. James was born on May 3, 1959 in Ft. Worth, TX to James Robert Gerald Reeves and Barbara Ann Cartwright Reeves. He attended Trinity High School in Euless and graduated in 1977, and married Belinda Lancaster Reeves in June of that year. He served in the US Army, and worked as an inspector for Bell Helicopter. He was a member of the Hillcrest Church of Christ in Stephenville, and had been in Morgan Mill since 1995. James is survived by his wife, Belinda; sons James Reeves, Jr. and Elizabeth of Stephenville and Joseph Reeves and Ginny of Austin; brother John Henry Reeves and Paige of Watauga and sister Shirley Campbell of Burleson; grandchildren Trunks, Roslyn, Harper and Belinda; and uncle and aunt Lavoy and Sherra Reeves. He was preceded in death by his parents.
